Design Features

  • Standard sizes from 2” – 24”.
  • Flanged to BS 10 tab “E”
  • Hydro tested to 15 bar.
  • Bolted covers to BS 10 tab “E” are standard
  • May be installed in horizontal or vertical pipelines.
  • Qualified welders as per ASME SEC VIII.DP of welds are standard
  • Covers are made of Flanged to bs 10 tab “E” with Drain plug
  • Differential pressure ports with plug is Standard
  • Medium Pressure drop
  • Post Box red , high temperature resistant paint
  • 3mm hole dia perforated sheet is standard
  • Heat resistant gaskets are standard
  • Fasteners with spring washer is standard to provide for thermal expansion
  • Class A ERW pipe body
